Escondido Education COMPACT Hire a Youth The Escondido Education COMPACT, in conjunction with the San Diego Workforce Partnership invites you to participate in the 2010 Summer YouthForce Program. The focus of this year’s program is to create a strong link between school and work. This will be accomplished by providing a highly structured work environment that will allow participants the opportunity to see the relevance and importance of education. Worksite activities and projects will give youth a broad understanding of the occupational area and enable them to experience first-hand what working within the given industry entails and what additional education and/or training might be required for them to successfully enter this career path.
If you are interested in providing a 120-240 hour summer position to an eager, enthusiastic, and prepared young person from your community, please call us at (760) 839-4515.
