Located in Escondido, Palomar-Pomerado Health Center was listed as one of the top 100 orthopedic hospitals in the nation. Along with this distinction, Palomar-Pomerado Health Center also boasts North County's only state-of-the-art Trauma Center. North County Health Services (NCHS) is a private not-for-profit health care organization created in 1973. It operates 9 clinics in North San Diego County as well as a medical mobile clinic. Our clients can access pediatric, adolescent, and adult medicine, dental and prenatal care, counseling and mental health services, and some specialty care. Board-certified physicians, and mid-level practitioners provide services. NCHS works with businesses to offer affordable health care to North County's workforce.
