Senior Services and Numbers
Seniors can experience a wide range of programs and services at the San Marcos Senior Center, 111 Richmar Ave. Nourishing and delicious food is served through the lunch program, which also features speakers and entertainment Monday through Friday. The center has a transportation program, coordinates the Meals-On-Wheels program, provides informational referrals, recreation, health and community support. Seniors can participate in card games, take day and overnight trips, play pool and bingo and enjoy ballroom dancing at the center – and much more! For information, call 744-5535 or 744-1811.
North County Council on Aging offers many senior support services, including home-delivered meals, home repair and maintenance, support and education, transportation, visitations and legal assistance.
