This highly visible and traditionally sold-out event provides an opportunity to connect with nearly 400 community advocates, business leaders, service organization representatives, elected officials and leaders of city, regional and state offices.

Meet Your Elected Officials guests will enjoy the opportunity to connect and engage with Elected Officials, community leaders, local VIPs and other businesses. Previously featured VIP invitees include: California State Senator Brian Jones; California State Assemblywoman Marie Waldron; San Diego County Supervisor Jim Desmond; City of San Marcos Mayor Rebecca Jones, Mayor Pro Tem Sharon Jenkins, San Marcos City Council Members Randy Walton, Maria Nunez, and Jay Petrek; San Marcos City Manager Jack Griffin and more.

Sundowner & Coffee Connections Business Mixers

Hosted by Chamber member businesses every month, these mixers provide a perfect opportunity to meet, greet, mingle, and build key community relationships in a relaxed atmosphere.

Chamber member hosts have an opportunity to highlight their business, introduce staff, show off a new location and spend a raising the visibility of their business while demonstrating hospitality and a warm welcome to local business leaders.

Taste of San Marcos

Enjoy an array of delectable eats from local culinary masters and unlimited sips of amazing craft brew, cider & wine from local & independent acclaimed San Marcos wineries and breweries. Plus, live music from featured musicians. Restauranteurs compete for the prestigious Golden Fork Award, which is voted on by all attendees to the event.

Fall Harvest Festival & Spring Street Fair

An estimated 15,000 in attendance, this San Marcos signature event features displays from more than 200 local artisans/crafters, retailers, and nationwide vendors. The community enjoys a beautiful day of great shopping; entertainment for the kids at the Grand Kid’s Fest inside the faire with inflatables and carnival rides; live local bands on the Beer & Wine Garden Stage; and Kids performances on the Family Entertainment Stage. Fair-goers feast on delicious culinary creations from a variety of food vendors all along Via Vera Cruz in San Marcos.

San Marcos Farmers' Market

The beautiful open-air Market will feature a collection of amazing vendors offering local fresh fruits & vegetables, baked goods, fresh cut flowers, local honey, bread, meat, fish, eggs, nuts, yogurt, Kombucha, artisan packaged foods and specialty prepared hot foods. 

The market will serve the community year-round, Tuesdays, 3 PM to 7 PM, spring and summer, and 3 PM – 6 PM, fall and winter. Conveniently located at 251 North City Drive, off Hwy 78 and Twin Oaks Valley Road.
